    Billing and subscription requests in the US datacenter returned to normal.
    Scans that failed during the incident window may need to be resubmitted.

    Billing and subscription requests in our US datacenter returned errors. Some plagiarism scans submitted through the API and the web app failed to start or ended with an error, and subscription and credit information did not load correctly for some customers.

    Customers in our EU datacenter were not affected.
